      Bill Justice F/F, NREMT-P, TEMS-I

      Bill is a frequent educator at regional, national and international conferences. Bill’s user-friendly approach to emergency management topics provides a relaxed and interactive atmosphere for all participants. His background has spanned a 35 year career in fire-rescue, EMS and Law enforcement. He is currently the State of Oklahoma PHTLS/TCCC Coordinator, OU Department of Emergency Medicine faculty member, AHA Regional Faculty and a TEMS Operator/instructor for the Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Department and US Marshals Task Force. Bill assists local, state and federal law enforcement and military agencies with education and response operations. Bill also provides business continuity consultation for private sector companies and hospitals that includes training in NIMS, MCI/disaster response, business resumption issues and international/offshore wellness, emergency management and air evacuation procedures.


      Gary E. Wiemokly, Ed.D, M.P.H., EMT-P, R.N., EMS-I

      Gary is a patient care provider, educator, administrator, and EMS Coach.  He is a dynamic, energetic, caring, and motivating speaker whose unique sense of humor and depth of EMS knowledge comes across in vibrant and fun presentations.  Gary is the current EMS Chief for the Town of Enfield, as well as an Adjunct Professor at Springfield College in their EMS Management Program.  With over 35 years experience in EMS as a paramedic/firefighter, flight nurse/paramedic, EMS Educator, and State EMS Director, Gary’s combined love of EMS, people, and unique personal teaching style has made him a favorite speaker at EMS conferences nationally and internationally.


      Mike Grill, MS, EFO, NREMT-P

      Mike is the EMS Regional Program Director for the Porter, Littleton, Parker and Castle Rock Adventist Hospital EMS team in the South Denver Metro area. He has been active in Fire/EMS since 1985 and has authored numerous articles for EMS and Fire trade journals and one textbook: Fire Service First Responder. Mike has spoken at over 150 conferences nationwide.

      Scott Bolleter, NREMT-P

      Mr. Scott Bolleter, known as Scotty to his friends, is a respected Paramedic and internationally recognized lecturer. Scotty is perhaps best known in emergency medicine for his inspiring talks, moving poetry and speaking style.
      Scotty has been involved in EMS for over twenty five years. You will likely recognize him as an original member of the Vidacare Corporation (EZ-IO®/OnControl®) where his name appears on numerous patents in emergent, hematology, oncology and vertebral bone access. At Vidacare Scotty successfully the directed education & research coordination as he worked to develop, define and advance the science of intraosseous access. While there his responsibilities also included efforts in regulatory clearances as well as marketing development and compliance. Scotty’s resume includes the additional past positions of Director of Education and Flight Paramedic for San Antonio AirLIFE, Assistant EMS Program Director for Victoria College, Training Officer and Supervisor for Harlingen Community Emergency Care Foundation, as well as EMT & Paramedic for Aransas County EMS.
